For us to audit a project and present recommendations usually takes 1 to 2 weeks. The amount of time it takes to implement those recommendations can vary greatly from project to project and an estimate will be included with the recommendations themselves.

We provide everything from developing roadmaps and giving coaching, all the way up to providing an interim CTO or Project Manager to step in and help steer your project through crunch-infested seas.

Our fee depends on the size of your project and the particular issues you’re facing. Contact us for a quote.

Our audits and recommendations are negotiated beforehand as a flat fee. Any further implementation beyond that are priced according to your requirements.

Unfortunately, no. An agreement will be made on what is and is not included in our consulting fee before we begin our audit.

Because we cannot know the scale of the implementation before we complete our audit we cannot include it in the original agreement.

We include an estimate of what will be needed to implement our recommendations. Then you can decide if you have the resources to do so yourself, or if you need our help during the rest of the process.

We offer both group coaching for whole teams and 1-on-1 coaching for executives and project managers who we have identified as having the largest impact on whether or not a project crunches.
